Learnerships

Asindo HR has developed a Learnership model that supports the execution of your organisations business strategy. The Learnership implementation process deals with productivity, demand led learning and stakeholder participation. The model developed by Asindo HR has served as a benchmark for the Metal and Engineering industry and is supported by the Steel and Engineering Industries Federation of SA. The modular approach assists learners to take control of preparing a portfolio of evidence and facilitate time efficient formative and summative assessments.

Skills Programs

The skills programme model developed by Asindo HR includes an organisation specific approach to serve the unique skills needs of the client. The learners will gain national credits towards a formal qualification as the programme is based on Unit Standards.

Assessments

Asindo HR has competent Assessors and Moderators in a range of skills disciplines ranging from Information Technology to Engineering. The Assessment consist of RPL, Pre-assessments, formative and summative assessments:
Formative assessment must be conducted at regular intervals and suitable points in the learning programme to provide the learner with feedback on his progress towards achieving the learning outcome.
Summative assessment consists of end-of-course assessment to determine whether the outcomes have been achieved in view of certification.
